Return Policy

We make every effort to provide you with satisfactory service and timely shipment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it for exchange within 10 days after receiving it. We will deduct shipping charge on your exchanged goods providing that the returned product is in new and reusable condition. Please email us with the reason for return.

Payment Policies

All products and services are priced in Canadian dollars and include shipping insurance, shipping and handling costs. Only payments made by Visa, Mastercard and Paypal are accepted. All payments will be made via the website or by mail. If a customer wishes to pay via mail they should call or send and email indicating same. The website provides an easy and secure shopping experience. In order to process an order a customer must provide full billing information.

Credit card transactions are processed in real time and verified for the customer’s protection. By completing the payment transaction the customer has made an order to obtain the ordered product(s). The customer accepts all charges relevant to the transaction incurred, including applicable taxes.

Residents of Ontario are subject to 5% GST and 8% PST. All residents outside the province of Ontario are subject to 5% GST. GST is not applicable until 2010.

Shipping

Kids Safety 101 Inc. ships its orders Monday through Friday except holidays. We ship via Canada Post exclusively until further notice. We make every effort to ship your orders within 3-5 business days. If the customer wishes to have product expedited we can do so at customer’s expense.
